Admissions Crew

First impressions count and as part of our Admissions Crew you will be providing the first point of contact for our guests, so we are looking for friendly, helpful and cheerful individuals to join us!

No previous experience is necessary but personality is key – the rest can be trained!

A typical day working on our admissions team will involve:

Delivering the best customer service to all our guests - always smiling and being helpful and making it your mission to deliver memorable experiences to every guest!

Dealing with the admission process in a speedy and accurate manner.

Assisting customers with general information about their day at the park.

Ensuring your work area is kept tidy at all times and kept to the highest standard of cleanliness.

Dealing with any difficult circumstances that may arise in a professional and efficient manner, passing them onto your manager as necessary.

Ensuring you adhere to all company policies, guidelines and expectations.

Hours

Most of our seasonal roles are available on a full time and part time basis. A full time role is up to 40 hours a week, our part time roles are often 16 to 24 hours a week.
