Job Description

Having the ability to work either in the Main Reception or Visitor Information Office as required. Dealing with customer enquiries, resolving complaints and keeping up to date records relating to the day to day running of the park.

Main duties:

  • Answering customer queries, either in person, on the phone or via social media and carry out general office duties as required.
  • Dealing with and processing of visitor bookings, including schools and groups, taking payments and invoicing.
  • Helping resolve any issues customers may have encountered during their visit.

You will provide a friendly, welcoming, informative and enjoyable experience for all of our visitors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in this field, be able to deal with customers face to face in a calm and professional manner and have a real passion for customer service. Full training and support will be given and having a flexible attitude to working patterns with the ability to regularly work weekends, Bank Holidays and special event days is essential. Due to the working hours of this role own transport is desirable.
