Job Description

You will need to be a real people person, with an eye for detail and a passion for customer service. You will be working in the main office, answering customer enquiries via telephone, email and social media, dealing with and processing visitor bookings including groups and school trips and undertaking general office duties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and show confident IT skills with particular emphasis on Excel and Word, numeric ability and cash handling. 

A minimum of 3 days a week would be required for anyone applying to work in the office and the flexibilty to work weekends, bank holidays and special event days is essential.
