FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM

We are looking for high energy, outgoing, fun individuals to join our Food & Beverage Crew. You will be working in one of our catering outlets or kiosks on the park serving our fantastic food offer to our guests and working to the highest hygiene standards. No previous experience is necessary but personality is key – the rest can be trained! Full allergen training will be provided, so if you are looking into entering a career in hospitality this is great work experience! 

All the fun and excitement of a day at the park makes people hungry, and our Catering Units offer something for everyone, from fish and chips and pizza to hot dogs and burgers, with something sweet for afters, maybe donuts or ice cream! 

A typical day working in our F&B department will involve:

Delivering the best customer service to all our guests - always smiling and being helpful and making it your mission to deliver heart-felt hospitality to every guest!

Ensuring your work area is kept tidy at all times and kept to the highest standard of cleanliness.

Providing the best experience for our customers who order food, this means minimal queuing, well prepared and presented food and friendly, helpful staff to deliver this. 

Dealing with any difficult circumstances that may arise in a professional and efficient manner, passing them onto your manager as necessary.

Ensuring you adhere to all company policies, guidelines and expectations.

Start date - End of May, early June. 
Must be able to work summer holidays and October Half Term.
