ADMISSIONS SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a high energy, outgoing, fun individual to run our Admissions Team.

First impressions count! So it will be your job to ensure our Admissions team are engaging, passionate and knowledgeable. 

A typical day working as an admissions supervisor will involve:

Enusring your team offer the highest level of customer service - always smiling and being helpful and making it your mission to deliver heart-felt hospitality to every guest!

Meet and greet our guests at the entrance, scanning their tickets or QR codes and welcoming them to the park 

Assisting guests and answering questions about their day and what rides and attractions are available 

Ensuring the team keep their work areas tidy at all times. 

Providing the best experience for our customers when entering the park, ensuring all pre-paid and pay on the day guests enter whilst keeping queues to a minimal. 

Dealing with customer enquiries surrounding ticket prices, vouchers and keeping up to date with relevant voucher codes. 

Monitoring staffing levels, making sure the correct number of staff are deployed. 

Cashing up at the end of the shift - ensuring all transactions have been completed correctly. 

Ensuring you adhere to all company policies, guidelines and expectations.

Hours

Most of our seasonal roles are available on a full time and part time basis. A full time role is up to 40 hours a week, our part time roles are often 16 to 24 hours a week.

Flexible hours is available as this role allows for staff to work mornings only, and finish mid-afternoon once the guests are on the park and enjoying their day.
