CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OFFICE ASSISTANTS
We are looking for high energy, outgoing, fun individuals to join our Customer Service and Office Team.
We aim to exceed guest expectations and our Customer Service and Office Assistants are key to delivering this.
A typical day working in customer service/the office will involve:
Delivering the best customer service to all our guests - always smiling and being helpful and making it your mission to deliver heart-felt hospitality to every guest!
Ensuring the customers are at the heart of the business, we want everyone to have the best experience when they visit or communicate with the park.
Providing the best experience for our customers when on the park, and resolving any customer issues when and if they arrive in a calm and professional manner.
Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and via email.
Keeping up to date records of daily life on the park and liaising with other departments regularly.
Ensuring you adhere to all company policies, guidelines and expectations.
We are looking for people who are…
Outgoing, friendly and confident and have a passion for customer service.
Customer service focused with some customer service experience.
Experienced with admin with good IT and keyboard skills
Thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as demonstrating initiative to keep busy in quieter periods
Demonstrates a willingness to help and will always go the extra mile for customers and colleagues.
Demonstrate hard work, commitment, punctuality and reliability.
Hours
Most of our seasonal roles are available on a full time and part time basis. A full time role is up to 40 hours a week, our part time roles are often 16 to 24 hours a week.
This position has the possibility of hours being available when the park is not open, therefore ideally own transport is required.
