ENTERTAINMENT TEAM

We are looking for high energy, outgoing, fun individuals to join our Entertainments Team.

Our aim is to put a smile on every visitor's face and the Entertainment Team are the key to this objective. 

A typical day working in the Entertainments team will involve:

Delivering the best customer service to all our guests - always smiling and being helpful and making it your mission to deliver heart-felt hospitality to every guest!

In this varied role you will be doing all this entertainment from dressing up in costumes, face painting, demonstrating circus skills to performing on stage. 

Meeting and greeting our customers as they arrive on the park and wishing them a safe journey home when they leave. 

Providing the best experience for our customers when on the park, it is all about creating memories and interacting with the children, making their day extra special. 

Ensuring you adhere to all company policies, guidelines and expectations.

We are looking for people who are…

Outgoing, friendly and confident and have a passion for customer service.

Experienced with performing as the interview will include an opportunity to audition for the roles. 

Thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as demonstrating initiative to keep busy in quieter periods

Demonstrates a willingness to help and will always go the extra mile for customers and colleagues.

Demonstrate hard work, commitment, punctuality and reliability.

Hours

Most of our seasonal roles are available on a full time and part time basis. A full time role is up to 40 hours a week, our part time roles are often 16 to 24 hours a week.
