Recruitment Day at Lightwater Valley
Lightwater Valley is inviting people to become ‘part of the adventure’ at two recruitment sessions next month on Saturday, 2nd and Saturday 9th March.
The theme park is looking to recruit new team members for roles ranging from visitor experience hosts and entertainment crew to retail, catering assistants and ride staff.
The park re-opens to the public on Saturday, 6th April for selected dates in April, May and June. It will then be open seven-days-a-week throughout July and August.
“We are looking for friendly, helpful, cheerful, outgoing staff that take pride in their work and excel in providing top customer service at all times,” said Annabelle St John, Head of Marketing & Visitor Experience.
“We offer a great working atmosphere in a beautiful location, training and ongoing support and promote a real team culture to achieve the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
“Our Season kicks off on 6th April and goes through to early November and don't worry if you can't work all the dates, we are flexible.
“Our trading days are ideal for students and we are also keen to attract applicants looking for some part time hours to fit in with childcare or those wanting to keep active and top up their pensions.

Applicants must be aged 16 and over and there will be the opportunity to find out more about all the jobs available on the day as well as ask any questions you may have prior to the interviews.
With over 35 rides and attractions for thrill seekers of all ages, Lightwater Valley is one of the UK’s most popular theme parks.
Among its signature rides is the 1.5 mile long Ultimate rollercoaster – the longest coaster ride in Europe and the Eagle’s Claw aerial ride.
