Customer feedback is very important to us and helps us to continuously improve the service we provide. If you wish to bring a paritcular matter to our attention, please call into our Visitor Information office, situated in Market Square near the Indoor Soft Play area..
We will endeavour to resolve any matters on the day, however if this is not possible you will be asked to email us at [email protected]. You will be given a Customer Log Number which must be quoted in any future correspondence with the park.
To ensure that we can respond to feedback fully please ensure that you include the following in your correspondence:
- Customer Log Number (issued by Visitor Information)
- Full name
- Proof of purchase from your visit - this can include your order number, reciept or a copy of your bank statement
- The name of the member of staff you spoke to on the day of your visit when trying to resolve your matter
In order that we are able to investigate your feedback fully, please contact us within 14 days of your visit. We regret we are unable to assist with feedback after this time. Please note we only accept feedback in electronic form.
