These exclusive online prices and the ‘book in advance online and
save’ option apply to all those over 1.0m in height. As
an example, if you book and pay for your October tickets in March through
our website, you can get into the theme park for £7.95. What
a fantastic saving!

For all online bookings, we charge a £1 transaction fee and send out a postal booking confirmation within 48 hours; bring this with you and collect your tickets from Visitor Services on the day. However, pay an extra £2.50 and we will post your tickets out to you so that you can walk straight to the front of the queue.
For all online group bookings, our clever system will
calculate the cheapest available rate and allocate your free places.

If tickets are posted-out there will be an administration charge of £5, £10 or £15 respectively. 200+ tickets £20 fixed charge for posting-out.
£50 deposit for all group bookings with remainder to be paid 14 days prior to visit. Pre-pay discount applies if payment is received 14 days prior to visit; tickets will not be issued until full payment is received.
