Our easy guide to booking your day out.

• All group packages include discounted admission to your chosen visitor attraction and are just one phone call away - we'll do the rest.

• Except where stated our group packages do not include lunch - click here to find out how this can be easily added to your package>>

• Choose the package you would like to book and the date your group would like to visit o Decide if you wish to include a pre-booked lunch for you group

• Telephone our friendly operators who will be happy to take you through the simple booking process. A deposit will be required to confirm your booking.

• All arrangements with regard to your visit to the chosen visitor attraction will be made by Lightwater Shopping Village

Organiser's Hints & Tips

• Lightwater Shopping Village opens at 10am every morning

• We recommend you allow at least 1½ hrs to browse our outlets

• Note the travelling time, where applicable, from Lightwater to your chosen destination. This will dictate what time you should pre-book lunch, if you wish to do so.

Suggested Itinerary

10.00 - 11.00: Arrive and enjoy a complimentary morning coffee

1.00pm - 1.30pm: Depart Lightwater Shopping Village

2.00pm - 2.30pm: Arrive at your chosen destination (depending on package selected) This is only a suggested itinerary; please feel free to discuss your requirements with one of our operators.

Terms & Conditions

• A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at time of booking or a minimum of 14 days prior to visit, whichever is sooner
• Bookings cannot be confirmed until deposit is received
•Cancellations of confirmed bookings or individual places made within 5 working days of the visit are non-refundable
• Prices quoted do not include any transport
• All prices are quoted per person
• All packages are subject to availability
• The management reserves the right to amend, change or cancel any packages
