Son of a Biscuit Eater!
For the uninitiated, a powder keg is a barrel of gunpowder that was the primary method for storing and transporting large quantities of black powder up until the 1870s and the adoption of the modern cased bullet.
The kegs always had to be handled with care, since a spark or other source of heat could cause the contents to deflagrate (burn rapidly with great intensity). As such, this attraction has the potential to be one of our more explosive rides, assaulting the pirate senses with a fast, spinning and sometimes dizzying experience.
