Park Information

Visitor Services is located at the entrance to the Theme Park and is dedicated to making sure your day is as enjoyable as possible, assisting you with everything from directions to first aid to locating a lost child, or even a lost adult !

Retail Outlets

Located around the Theme Park and in Market Square are a range of retail outlets selling a wide selection of fantastic gifts, souvenirs and Lightwater Valley merchandise.

Ride Photo's

Take home a great photo souvenir of the ride of your life. Show your friends or just remind yourself of a great day out at Lightwater Valley.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted on the park but not in any enclosed areas, including retail or catering outlets. Nor is it permitted on the rides or in ride queues. Smoking is also not permitted in the Shopping Village or the Bird of Prey Centre.

Lockers

Please note that bags and loose items are not permitted on the rides. Any articles left unattended at rides are left at the owner's risk. For your convenience, lockers are available in the main entrance of the theme park. A fee is applicable.

Service Dogs

Unfortunately in the interests of safety only service dogs are allowed into Lightwater Valley.
