Park Information
Gates open at 9:45am each morning, with fairground rides operating from 10:00am and all major rides and attractions from 10:30am.
Our closing time depends on how busy we are and varies between 4:30pm and 6:00pm. We suggest giving us a call or contacting us the day before your visit.
Car parking is completely free of charge with coach and disabled parking located at the very front of the car park, just 300 yards from the theme park entrance.
Visitor Services is located in the fairground and our customer service team is dedicated to making sure your day is as enjoyable as possible, assisting you with everything from directions to first aid and locating lost children!
Smoking is permitted on the park but not in any enclosed areas, including retail or catering outlets. Nor is smoking permitted on the rides, in ride queues or in the Shopping Village.
Bags and loose items are not permitted on any of our rides. Any articles left unattended at rides are left at the owner's risk, but for your convenience lockers are available in the main entrance of the theme park (charge applies).
In the interests of safety only service dogs are allowed into Lightwater Valley.
